If you have more than one order, we can combine them in one package to minimize shipping cost and to offer an easier way to track your orders.
Once we receive your order you will receive an email from us letting you know, you will need to log into our site to release your shipment. If necessary, you can request our consolidation services.
Once you make your purchase, it will take about 2 to 3 days to reach our warehouse. Then it will take between 5 to 8 working days for your package to reach your home. Please note: This is an estimate but we guarantee to deliver your package as soon as possible.
We don’t inspect packages but if your package appears to be ruined, we will notify you and we will arrange a way of returning it to the merchant.
We provide a calculator on our site that will let you calculate estimate for our shipping fees. Our fees will depend on the weight and size of your package which must be determined upon arrival.
